Oh happy day!!!! happy happy day! You guys, you don’t know how freaking excited I am to finally share this stylized shoot I created last July. Yup, you heard me girl…last July. Now everyone who knows me knows that I am not they type that can keep secrets but I had to keep this little beauty on the down low for a while because it was getting published in one of my favorite magazines…Blush Wedding Magazine! But now that it’s finally in stores I can show you all of the gorgeous details!!! eeeeeek. I am actually jumping up and down as I write this so I am positive there will be a bunch of grammatical errors :p Okay so first things first I’ll give you the story behind this particular shoot. When I first started dreaming of this shoot, I had envisioned red brick everywhere and a ballerina esq bride. I knew that I needed a gorgeous dress that made a major statement so I asked my two favorite gals Ashley & Nicole at Delica Bridal what would work best…that was when they introduced to me to Lazaro! It was pretty much love at first sight :) Now that the fashion aspect of the shoot was dealt with I had to get the hair & makeup down :) I had the amazingly talented Jenn Chivers in charge of hair and my gorgeous gal pal/makeup extraordinaire Kaitlin Mooney in charge of makeup. I wanted the look of everything to be very ethereal & subdued. I didn’t have a set theme of colors instead I choose to have everything in soft hues of ivory, lace & blush pink. I was lucky enough to have an amazing team of vendors help me bring my vision to life. I was also incredibly blessed to have one of my best friends Tegan Martin-Drysdale behind the lens to capture all of the prettiness…she is honestly one of the most talented photographers I have ever met and she knew exactly what my vision was….so without further ado I will finally shut up and let the pictures speak for themselves!
